About Us

We are Steve and Sarah, living in Gloucestershire, England.

We first visited the Bodrum Peninsular in 2002 and fell in love with the area. We decided to buy a villa and set about looking for the perfect place. Our first villa in Koyunbaba was chosen for its lovely location, 10 minutes walk from the beach, fantastic views in an unspoilt area.

The villa was completed in October 2003 and we had such a high demand from family and friends wanting to rent it, we decided to buy another villa.

Koyanbaba, even in it’s raw half built state at that time, we knew it was very special. We have worked very closely with the architect, builder and interior designer to create ‘Our little palace in the sun’.

By this time, we had been completely ‘bitten by the bug’, thoroughly enjoying the experience of buying, building and renting in Turkey. Having listened to the requests of potential guests, we realised the lack of places available to rent in the lovely Bitez Bay. Therefore, we decided to purchase a Luxury Villa.

For our next property we decided to purchase some land in Yahsi (meaning, very beautiful in Turkish), Ortakent and commission a be-spoke villa to be built. This has turned out to be a  Little Gem Villa  with a private pool, finished April 2009. The Villa was designed by one of Bodrum’s renowned architects, among her portfolio is the famous 5 star hotel Marmara along with many small boutique hotels along the Bodrum peninsular.

We have chosen each of the properties carefully to ensure that they make the perfect holiday home. We want you to return home having had a wonderful holiday and wanting to stay again. We want you to recommend us to your family and friends.

We aim to make booking your holiday as easy as possible and can help with flights, car rental and airport transfers if required.

We have learnt a lot about the wonderful Turkish people and their culture. We have learnt a great deal about buying property abroad and also about renting them out. We are happy to share our knowledge and contacts with anybody wishing to purchase a villa in the area. We can also help with managing and letting rental properties.
